Initially founded as a partnership firm under the name Renol Enterprises, it transitioned to a private limited company, Renol Polychem Private Limited, on January 9, 2024, and later became a public limited company, Renol Polychem Limited, on June 19, 2024, as per the Companies Act, 2013, registered with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
