Zodiac Energy Limited was originally
incorporated as Zodiac Genset Private Limited at Ahmedabad on May 22, 1992.
Under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of
Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra, and Nagar
Haveli, Ahmedabad. Subsequently, the name of our company was changed to “Zodiac
Energy Private Limited” on April 30, 2007, and fresh Certificate of
Incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of
Companies, Gujarat, Dadra, and Nagar Haveli, Ahmedabad. Consequently, upon the
conversion of our Company into the public limited company, the name of our
Company was changed to “Zodiac Energy Limited” and fresh Certificate of
Incorporation dated August 29, 2017, was issued by the Registrar of Companies,
Gujarat Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Ahmedabad.
