Lodha Developers Limited IPO Details

Lodha Developers Ltd. was established in 1995, which is a company affiliated with the Mumbai-based Lodha Developers Limited real estate development business. According to Liazes Fores, in 2017, it became the largest real estate developer company in India by residential sales. 

The company was developing real estate in the residential and commercial areas of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region ("MMR"), Pune and London. In the residential sector, it develops properties with ₹ 3.50 million to ₹ 590 million unit values. In the commercial sector, it develops office and retail projects on the lease model and sales model.

Lodha Developers has focused on branded realty estate and it is known as "Lodha" and "Lodha Luxury" for premium projects. In office space, its brands include "Ichunk", "Lodha Accelus" and "Lohan Supremas".
