Anand Rayons Limited IPO Details

The group was founded by a seasoned banker Mr. Gokul Bakshi, who worked for the Bank Of Baroda for over 2 decades, including Georgetown & British Guyana, South America, while he was in banks’ service. His last leg of transfer was at Surat, where he worked from 1977 to 1987, after which, he decided to make Surat his home town by resigning from banks’ service. He formed a partnership firm named ANAND ENTERPRISE, taking up dealership of the polyester yarn stalwart RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LTD. Making a sober beginning, the firm encompassed sales growth year on year, adding products & customers not only in & around Surat, but all over India & abroad. 

The group has consolidated all their activities of yarn trading, deemed manufacturing of yarn & fabrics & construction under the company by taking over existing businesses of ANAND ENTERPRISE & other 4 sister concerns to carry forward the vision of the group by putting into action what they visualised while taking over the company in 2003. The effort was to have all activities under one roof & the shareholders of the company unanimously decided to convert this PVT. LTD. CO. Into a PUBLIC LTD. Co., thus raising their capital from 2 Crores to 15 Crores..
