The name of our Company was changed to 'Eastern Infoway Private Limited', pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 5, 2000, issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on December 18, 2000, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 2, 2001, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal consequent upon conversion, recording the change in the name of our Company to 'Eastern Infoway Limited'.
